Terms of service

The terms that apply when your family uses the Tinyclock website and, once released, the Tinyclock apps and subscriptions.

Last updated

These terms apply to your use of the Tinyclock website and, when released, the Tinyclock apps. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Who can use Tinyclock

Tinyclock is for parents and legal guardians who manage the devices of their children. You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live. By adding a child, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian.

What Tinyclock does

Tinyclock helps families set screen time limits, bedtime schedules and, optionally, location check-ins. It is a tool to support your parenting, and it does not replace supervision or professional advice. We cannot guarantee that it will block every app or prevent every risk.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and keep your account secure
  • Use Tinyclock only for your own children or wards
  • Do not use Tinyclock to monitor another adult
  • Tell your child about the settings that affect them, including location

Subscriptions

Some features need a paid plan. Prices, trial terms and billing periods are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel, and you keep paid features until the end of the billing period. Purchases made through an app store are also subject to that store's terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: do not attempt to break its security, reverse engineer it, or use it in a way that harms others.

Availability and changes

Tinyclock is in development. We may change, suspend or stop features, and we will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Tinyclock is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
