Privacy and your family's data

This summary is written in plain language. It describes how Tinyclock is designed to treat family data. The privacy policy is the full, binding version.

What Tinyclock does not do

• It does not read your child's private messages
• It does not show ads or sell data
• It does not use children's data for advertising or to train advertising models
• It does not use tracking cookies on this website

What Tinyclock collects

To work, Tinyclock needs some information:

• Account details: a parent's email and sign-in method
• Child profile: a first name or nickname and age
• Device usage: time spent in apps and categories, used to apply limits and build reports
• Requests: the reasons your child sends, and recordings if you allow them
• Location (optional): only when a parent turns it on

Location

Location is off by default. When it is on, your child sees an indicator. You can choose arrival and departure alerts for saved places instead of a live map. Route history is optional and short, with automatic deletion.

Request recordings

Voice notes and 3-second videos are only recorded when a child chooses to, and only if you allow it. They are encrypted, kept for a short time, and not used for ads or analytics.

Your controls

From Settings, then Privacy a parent can:

1. Turn location on or off
2. Choose how requests work (Off, Optional or Required)
3. Export the family's data
4. Delete the family's data permanently
